Refund Policy and Exchanges Policy

We always guarantee that you are satisfied with the orders that you have placed on the website otherbrick.com. To guarantee your rights when placing the orders, please refer to our refund or exchange policy under the following conditions:

1 The goods received are wrong/damaged/faulty

The product doesn’t match the description on the website: Wrong items, wrong material, wrong size.
The product received is torn dirty, wet, hairy fabric.
The product received has visible defects with the print, blurred, or out of place.
Products are damaged, peeled prints after the first wash.
Please contact the Customer Support Team to get further assistance within 10 days of delivery. For orders over 10 days from the date of delivery, we refuses to support claims regarding to these cases.

*NOTE: You must demonstrate with photos or videos and clearly describe the condition you encounter with the product. We will refuse if you lack one of the above 2 conditions.

2 The item is the wrong size from the one ordered

We guarantee to assist with cases where customers receive the wrong size product. Specifically, these products have wrong measurements compared to the product’s size guide (A difference of over 1.5″ from standard product measurements).

Please contact the Customer Support Team to get further assistance within 10 days since you receive the order. For orders over 10 days from the date of delivery, we refuses to support claims regarding to these cases.

For intentional acts to damage the product, we will refuse to resolve.

OtherBrick‘s products are all made to order. Therefore we do not accept returns. Based on the situation you encounter with your order, we will support a full refund or 30 – 50% of the total order value or exchange new items.

Please contact us via email contact@otherbrick.com for the best support. Response time can take from 24-48 hours. After this period, if you do not receive a response from us, please proactively check your spam folder.

Cancel/Change Order

You have 2 hours to cancel or change your order (size, color, quantity, shipping address, etc.)
Once your order has been submitted, you may cancel or make changes on your order within 2 hours of placing by going to Contact Us or send email via contact@otherbrick.com. When it is more than 2 hours after placing an order, OtherBrick refuses to support order cancellation or order modification requests.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product delivery address is correct. OtherBrick takes no responsibility for any product a customer does not receive because of errors in the delivery address given to us.
