I ordered a mug, and it arrived quickly (I was surprised how fast it got to me). The downside is that the packaging was not very good, but my mug was chipped during shipping. Essentially, the mug was shipped in Styrofoam with an open space that was not protected.
It was not shipped in a box or anything else.
Other than the text being kind of small it looks sharp on my desk and is a conversation starter.
